-

Potter’s Farm is located in northern Wisconsin, near Lake Superior, a getaway that isn’t that far away!

All meals
Session space with comfortable 8-hour chairs and flip charts
Facilitated evening activity for team bonding
Optional guided hikes, snowshoeing, yoga or meditation in the morning

The stronger the Visionary/Integrator relationship is, the better that EOS works and gets traction! Do you have a Visionary/Integrator team that wants to or needs to deepen their relationship? Are one or both of the leaders in the Visionary/Integrator roles new? Or is the broader team having trouble aligning because of lack of Visionary/Integrator alignment?
Offer your Visionary/Integrator clients guided relationship coaching to take their relationship to the next level, increase their team health, communication and trust.
Especially powerful and relevant if some of the EOS relational tools like Same Page Meetings and IDS aren’t working effectively.
Gain insight into each other’s motivations/values, leadership style and derailing behaviors.
-
Do you have a Visionary who is having trouble letting go of the vine?
New Visionary 1:1 executive coaching can support the new Visionary in elevating themselves into that role, especially if you have a Visionary who needs to let go of the vine and let the Integrator do their job.
OR if you have a Visionary who wants to elevate themselves to Owner and needs to relinquish the role of the Visionary to someone else.
-
Do you have a team whose overall relationships are not as effective as they could be and it is getting in the way of their team health?
Team coaching may be needed if you have the right people in the right seats, BUT:
It is hard to have productive sessions.
There is unskillful communication present like defensiveness, blaming, stonewalling or contempt.
The Clear the Air meeting hasn’t helped.
The Personal Issues Solving Session hasn’t helped.
-
In partnership with Victor Thompson (Talent Optimization Certified Consultant, Leadership Coach, Strategy Facilitator and Business Consultant with Emergent Leadership Pathways), we are offering support to EOS Implementers who are working with teams needing extra guidance around communication, belonging and inclusion.
Challenges the team may be facing:
Is your team struggling to communicate effectively?
Do team members exhibit ineffective communication, like blame, defensiveness or judgement?
How connected does your team feel to each other?
Are you struggling to keep people engaged and feeling a sense of belonging and inclusion in regular decision making?
Do you feel your team and environment is aware and actively integrates diversity and inclusion in regular decision making?
Is the environment encouraging people to speak their truth and experience healthy tension to foster greater outcomes?
Do you feel your team members are optimizing their performance?
How strong is the interconnectedness of your team and is it enabling them to function effectively?
How willing is your team to engage in tough conversations such as unconscious bias and belonging in the workplace?
What we offer:
Highly interactive facilitated engagement that opens up tools and experiences:
Take the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Survey, the premier cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence in your organization.
Appreciate and engage with others that builds alignment and connectivity.
Identify the 4 forms of “toxic”/unskillful communication and learn/practice the “antidotes”/skillful forms of healthy communication.
Examine both internal and collective areas of the team growth and change.
Create team agreements/actions/commitments going forward.
The cultural transformation you will experience:
Strengthen team cohesion and team interactions.
Cultivate an inclusive environment and Brave Space amongst your team.
Create capacity for having healthy tension and communications.
Enhance productivity, better decisions and clarity of action as a result of that overall team health.
